Terms of Service

Rude Food Dude ("RFD") is operated by Resurgence Labs LLC. By using RFD, you agree to these Terms of Service.
RFD service
RFD provides conversational food discovery and ordering tools and may help coordinate restaurant orders, payments, delivery, order tracking, and related customer communications. Some parts of the service may be in development or available only in selected service areas.
Orders, restaurants, and delivery
You are responsible for reviewing your order, delivery information, prices, fees, tips, and other details before submitting payment. Restaurant availability, menu availability, preparation times, and delivery timing can change. RFD may use restaurants and independent third-party delivery or courier providers to fulfill an order.
Accounts
RFD may use your mobile phone number as your account identifier. When you select TEXT ME A CODE, you request a one-time SMS authentication code. Message and data rates may apply. Requesting an authentication code does not enroll you in recurring order or marketing texts.
RFD order and delivery text messages
RFD offers an optional recurring transactional SMS program for customers who affirmatively opt in. Messages may include order confirmation, restaurant status, food readiness, courier assignment, pickup, delivery, and order problems.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to recurring SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of RFD. If you decline SMS updates, you may still complete orders and use available website-based tracking.
Reply STOP to cancel recurring RFD order and delivery text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact Resurgence Labs LLC at kconzo@resurgencelabs.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
RFD order-status SMS consent is separate from marketing consent. We will not treat enrollment in transactional order texts as consent to receive promotional marketing texts.
Payments
Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor. Applicable food prices, taxes, RFD fees, delivery charges, and optional tips will be shown before payment where available. RFD does not receive your full payment card number.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse RFD, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, abuse restaurants, couriers, customers, or staff, or use RFD in violation of applicable law.
Service changes
RFD is evolving. Features, service areas, restaurant availability, delivery options, pricing, and policies may change as the service develops. We may suspend or limit service when needed for safety, security, capacity, maintenance, or legal compliance.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, RFD is provided on an "as available" basis. Resurgence Labs LLC is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including restaurant delays, courier delays, carrier outages, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
